1. Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:
The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
The product is returned in its original packaging with all tags intact
The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
Exchange is subject to stock availability
We do not offer cash refunds.
2. What Can Be Exchanged
Size issues (e.g., the shoe doesn’t fit)
Wrong item received (e.g., incorrect style or color)
Defective item (must be reported with proof within 48 hours of delivery)
3. What Cannot Be Exchanged
Sale or discounted items
Items damaged due to customer mishandling
Products without original packaging or tags
Accessories or items marked as “non-returnable”
4. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange:

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and guide you on the next steps
5. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us
In case of a wrong or defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost
We recommend using a trackable courier service for return parcels
6. Exchange Processing Time
Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will process your exchange within 3–5 working days.
If the requested size or item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or store credit.
